This was a gift sent from me to Idaho, so I am not sure what it was like when the box was opened. I am grateful that it was available on your site at a reasonable price. Other sites were out of stock which is understandable but the other sites who did have them in stock were charging $200 and up. If I had not seen the price on the baby registry at the time of its creation at $129.00, I would have paid the $200.00. I am glad your site was fair and honest. The only drawback to my experience is that I was not familiar with your site prior to this purchase. Before completing my purchase, I inquired if the item was new or used. The resposnse I received was a curt, "we do not sell used items" I then responded that I was sorry for the misunderstanding but given the Posh in PoshBaby, I wanted to make sure PoshBaby was not affiliated with PoshMark who does sell used items I will be returning to your site, as more babies are on the way.
