Engineered with a magnesium frame, energy-absorbing EPP foam headrest, and steel base sub-structure with integrated Rigid-LATCH connectors, the Oobr protects from all angles — and its narrow design makes 3-across seating easy. Elemental Safety System
- Belt guides attached to the adjustable headrest ensure proper shoulder and hip belt fit every time
- Energy-absorbing foam layer reduces force transferred to the child in a side-impact collision
- Structural headrest with deep side wings — connected to the magnesium frame via steel rods to prevent twisting and improve head protection
- Magnesium frame contains the torso during side-impact and protects against vehicle intrusion
- Rigid-LATCH system locks the seat in place for stability when occupied — and prevents it from becoming a projectile when empty
