We do not accept returns on car seats. Full stop. Not because we don't want to help — but because we refuse to resell a seat we can't vouch for.

Here's the thing most people don't realize: a car seat can be in a minor collision, look absolutely perfect on the outside, and be structurally compromised on the inside. The plastic and foam components that absorb crash energy can sustain damage that is completely invisible to the naked eye. There is no way to inspect a returned seat and know for certain what it's been through.
